Our special Block Designate Series of wine are showcasing the unique expression and sense of place that is the Coeur de Terre Vineyard site. Fruit for this block comes exclusively from the Tallulah's Run sections on our estate. This block is our highest elevation with a south-western exposure. It produces our "prettiest" wine and is typically the first to mature in the bottle while retaining the strength for aging. Its volcanic soil and basalt rock influences clearly differentiates it from its other three "sisters": Renelle's, Sarah Jane's, and Abby's. 2013 was a superb vintage and while ready to drink today, this wine will continue to evolve for years.
